About the Role We are seeking a capable and experienced Vegetable Crop Manager to join a well-established and progressive vegetable farm near Crail in Fife. The business cultivates 100 acres of broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage, supported by a seasonal team of up to 25 workers who harvest and maintain crops daily. You’ll play a key role in managing and motivating the harvest team to ensure productivity, crop quality, and health & safety are maintained at every stage.
