We are currently partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation who are seeking a Technology Reporting Analyst to join our Technology Reporting & Service Catalogue team within the IT Planning, Reporting, and Administration department (IPR). This team is responsible for EMEA-wide Technology reporting, resource and asset management, and strategic planning, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely reporting to executive committees. You will work closely with Technology SMEs to gather and refine content, ensuring that executive reports reflect key business and technology updates, performance insights, and strategic developments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality reports for the CIO and senior executive committees, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Technology SMEs to gather and refine report content, ensuring alignment with reporting standards and deadlines.
- Review and edit report submissions, ensuring key messages are clear and suitable for an executive audience.
- Monitor and manage reporting deadlines, working with contributors to resolve issues and meet timelines.
- Write executive summaries, condensing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes using PowerBI, Excel, Python, and other tools to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay informed on technology and financial industry trends to ensure relevant topics are covered in reports.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Stakeholder management – proven experience working with senior stakeholders and contributors.
- Reporting expertise – experience in creating executive reports and presentations.
- Data analysis – ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into clear reports.
- Technical proficiency – experience with PowerBI, Excel (macros), SQL, and Python to automate and enhance reporting.
- Attention to detail – high standards for report quality and consistency.
- Curiosity and business awareness – understanding of technology infrastructure, cyber security, and financial services.
- Time management – ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.

Package:
- Up to £60,000 basic salary
- Up to 20% discretionary bonus
