Benefits Package * Company van * Company pension * Employee discount * Free on-site parking * * As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be required to: * Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and installation best practices. * Conduct routine maintenance and perform system diagnostics and repairs as needed. * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and providing updates during installation. * The ideal candidate will be: * Proven experience in solar installation or a closely related field. * Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring is highly desirable. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
