4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-quality landscaping projects for a leading construction company specializing in bespoke and high-end residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of diverse and creative landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, including staff, materials, and budgets.
- Oversee hard and soft landscaping works in line with contractual scope and specifications.
- Maintain compliance with construction programs and coordinate with various stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Principal Contractors, and client representatives.
- Source, allocate, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and report project performance to the Construction Manager.
- Inspect and approve materials to ensure adherence to specifications and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both hard and soft landscaping.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and work from plans and specifications.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.
- Full and clean driving license.
- Familiarity with UK Health & Safety at Work regulations.
