Are you a freelance Site Manager with experience working for a regional Main Contractor on Schools? If so, this may be the perfect job for you.
Project:
The scheme consists of a new steel frame with brickwork extension to an education facility. You will also be responsible for full internal fit-out which will include full M&E installation.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into an on-site Project Manager.
- Management and coordination of subcontractors.
- Site safety, including running daily inductions, checking contractor RAMS, performing site inspections, and issuing permits to work.
- Updating the Project Manager on progress.
- Material ordering for the project.
The Successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Residential Care industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Recent workplace references.
