Sheltered Housing Advisor

BDS have an exciting opportunity for a Sheltered Housing Advisor to work across 2 sheltered housing services in Tolvaddon/St Austell. Main duties will include but are not limited too; * Resident welfare checks and communication. * Signposting information on other services, in and around the area. * Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as require * Involving the residents in activities within the service * To promote social inclusion within the service. * Health and safety compliance of the service. * Help with tenancies and rents you will need a current enhanced DBS check Driver with access to vehicle required 15 Hours Per Week Over 2 days Minimum 12 month fixed term contract Pay rate- £14.62 per hour PAYE £18.38 UMB per hour Apply now for immediate consideration
