About the Role:
Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect on behalf of our esteemed client. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectural frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the ServiceNow roadmap and prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value.
- Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure governance compliance with industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting best practices.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow developments, leveraging new features and capabilities to benefit the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
