Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect on behalf of our esteemed client. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectural frameworks that align with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the ServiceNow roadmap and prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value.
3. Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
4. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
5. Lead architectural reviews and ensure governance compliance with industry best practices.
6. Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting best practices.
7. Stay abreast of ServiceNow developments, leveraging new features and capabilities to benefit the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior role.
2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
3. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
4. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
6. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
