Job Title: Senior Site Manager Location: Lewisham, South London Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays) Key Responsibilities: Oversee Decent Homes and Voids projects, including painting, decorating, clearances, and kitchen & bathroom refurbishments Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead Manage residential and social housing projects for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, and Developers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Mentor and support junior staff members Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established contractor boasting a £50 million turnover and a strong order book into 2025/2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
