A leading global building services and FM maintenance contractor has a key opportunity for a Lead/Senior Residential Electrical Building Services Engineer with AP HV switching cert APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent to work on a prestigious commercial site in central London. They are looking for a senior/lead engineer that could be considering a step into management within 12 – 18 months.
This position works on a continental shift and is available immediately.
Shift Pattern:
- 4 days on, 4 off
- 4 nights on, 4 off
- 3 days on, 3 nights, 4 off
Up to £58k basic for the right person plus package.
Responsibilities:
- Covering all maintenance and remedial works on electrical systems within the building including:
- Panels, circuits, UPS, Generators, HV, LV, PDU’s, Crac units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, LTHW boilers, BMS, and AHU.
- Ensuring that risk assessments and method statements are in place.
- Liaising with specialist sub-contractors.
- Preparing handover for the next shift.
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition.
- 2391 / Test and Inspection.
- AP HV switching APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent.
Located within commuting distance to central London; the nearest station is Liverpool Street. Salary is £50,000 – £58,000 basic + 20 days holiday + shift days off + pension.
