Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant Location: Derby/Remote (Hybrid) Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for Recruitment and developing business? If so, we want to hear from you. As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have a solid understanding of your specialist market and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for commercial sales. You will focus on developing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and candidates to make placements. We are looking for a good communicator, who possesses excellent organisational skills and enjoys developing relationships working towards sales targets. The Role With the support of our experienced recruiters and expert Associate Director, working with both ‘warm’ and new clients, you will build your business within the Finance market. As Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be carrying out a 360-recruitment cycle, including: Building trusted relationships within the Finance market. Proactively identifying new business opportunities, increasing market share. Identifying cross selling opportunities and working in conjunction with colleagues. Identifying new events and networking opportunities. Targeting passive candidates through headhunting. Developing your own business development strategy, supported by an ambitious team. Participating in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes. Supporting the Associate Director in mentoring less experienced staff. You will LOVE recruitment, especially the opportunity to specialise within the Finance sector!
