I’m looking to speak with experienced senior project managers who have led teams for a NPD Project Manager role with an FMCG business based in West London. As the Senior NPD Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects comprising innovation, supply optimisation, promotions, and maintenance across the EMEA region.
You will collaborate with commercial and operations stakeholders to ensure clear project scopes and successful implementation, both personally and through your team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance reviews for your team.
- Conduct project quality and process adherence audits to ensure best practices.
- Lead project scoping and manage the delivery of innovation, optimisation, and productivity projects from concept to launch.
- Coordinate multiple projects across EMEA, applying prioritisation and phasing strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and project reviews.
- Develop and distribute regular project status reports to key stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvements.
- Proficiency in Project Management ideally from an FMCG background.
- Proven team management experience.
- End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage, align, and influence key stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
