Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Hinckley (onsite with some flexibility) Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who blends creativity with digital know-how. Bonus scheme Generous discount platform Flexible hours – extra day off every 2-weeksYour Day-to-Day: Lead our digital marketing activity across social media, web, email and CRM. Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand love. Design and update our website (think landing pages, visuals, UX improvements). Own our email marketing strategy – from automation flows to newsletter content. Create standout graphics and assets for campaigns, socials, and the website. Manage our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) to improve customer journeys.What You Bring: 3+ years in a marketing role with hands-on experience across the full digital mix. A strong grasp of social media strategy, paid and organic. Web design know-how – WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Confidence in creating and sending email campaigns that perform.
