New contract wins have opened up an exciting opportunity for a Senior DSP Engineer well versed in SDR design and DSP algorithms to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions for a leader in telematics. A well-qualified Senior DSP and Communications Engineer with proven commercial experience in DSP (including FPGA) devices and algorithms will use their technical expertise to contribute to the development of distributed data systems for the management of telematics solutions used worldwide.
Requirements for the Senior DSP Engineer include:
- Strong academic background.
- Extensive industrial experience in DSP devices, communications and algorithms.
- Knowledge with both analogue and DSP aspects of receiver design.
- Fluency in DSP methodology and DSP languages such as C/C++.
- Of particular interest is experience of the following: FPGA, SDR and hybrid analogue/SDR design, signal search and identification, high dynamic range broadband radio receiver design, radio propagation, radio noise and interference.
A competitive salary will be offered in the region of £65-85K depending on experience with hybrid working (average of 3 days office / 2 WFH), private healthcare, 25 days holiday, life assurance, long service awards, free refreshments and more.
