Senior Business Travel Consultant

Our client, a well-established travel management company based in Aberdeen, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant due to continued growth. This is a Monday to Friday role on a hybrid basis with a competitive salary dependent on experience. Senior Business Travel Consultant responsibilities: Manage end-to-end business travel bookings, including air, hotel, car rental, rail, and ancillary services. Provide expert advice on travel options, fares, and destinations  Create reservations using the Amadeus GDS including changes, reissues and refunds Handle complex itineraries, VIP client travel, and multi-leg international trips whilst adhering to company policy  Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations. Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Travel Consultant. Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is essential. Strong knowledge of international fare construction, ticketing, and reissue processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
