Duties & Responsibilities
- Grow and manage key client accounts, driving revenue through strategic account development.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify and convert one-off projects into recurring revenue opportunities through tailored sales strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasts using Salesforce.
What Experience is Required
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the learning or SaaS sectors.
- A track record of managing high-value accounts and consistently hitting revenue targets.
- Experience selling recurring revenue contracts is highly desirable.
