Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and organisation? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to support a thriving primary/secondary school on a temporary basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities.

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Location: Bromley

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception
  • Managing attendance records and pupil data using SIMS (or similar)
  • Assisting with correspondence, filing, and document preparation
  • Supporting with admissions, school events and general day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS)
  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy school team
