Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and organisation? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to support a thriving primary/secondary school on a temporary basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities.
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
Location: Bromley
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
- Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception
- Managing attendance records and pupil data using SIMS (or similar)
- Assisting with correspondence, filing, and document preparation
- Supporting with admissions, school events and general day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS)
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy school team
