Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting sales success? Our client, a leader in the Asset Management SaaS space, is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their high-performing team.
In this varied and hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the global sales function, managing key processes including financial administration, customer licence records, CRM reporting, and client communication. You’ll also help drive efficiency across the sales cycle with strong documentation, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administering recurring revenue schedules, quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Supporting the creation of sales documentation including proposals and statements of work
- Managing CRM data and analysing performance to optimise processes
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to sales meetings and assisting with pricing and internal reports
