As a Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that departmental processes are completed accurately and on time, while also providing general administrative support to the team as needed. What You’ll Be Doing: * Customer Service: Providing excellent service to both buyers and sellers, addressing their needs and concerns. * Property Viewings: Arranging and conducting property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers. * Negotiation: Negotiating offers and prices between buyers and sellers, aiming for a mutually agreeable outcome. * Sales Progression: Following up on viewings, encouraging offers, and progressing sales from offer to exchange. * Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client inquiries, viewings, and offers. * Marketing: Promoting properties through various channels, including social media, open houses, and marketing materials. * Database Management: Maintaining and updating a database of potential buyers and sellers. * Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. * Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks related to property sales, such as preparing documents and responding to inquiries. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a similar role within the real estate and property industry is highly desirable. However, transferable customer service skills from another industry will also be considered for someone looking to move careers into an estate agency. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications * A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving * A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service Role Information: * Commission * Occasional Saturday (Working in lieu) * Salary starting at £25,000 DOE This is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.
