As a Sales Coordinator based in our Thurrock (RM20 3EF) branch, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through calling old/potential customers
  • Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders
  • Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products
  • Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • A background in sales or a customer service role with admin skills
  • Merchant background is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, numerical and customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate over the phone and learn the role
  • Enthusiasm, proactive, with ability to work at pace!
