We are looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our award-winning team in Hillington, Glasgow. The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator role is extremely organised and highly skilled in administration. The candidate must be computer literate and be comfortable dealing with the public as their role will be based on the showroom floor. We're looking for a professional with a strong grasp of FCA principles who is keen to join a fast-paced sales department.

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Administrator:

  • Handling payments for our sales teams
  • Checking finance deals and proposing them to finance companies
  • Develop and maintain the highest standards FCA standards in the sales team
  • Making sure customer hand over and finance paperwork is accurate and completed in full
  • Making sure deals are processed quickly and efficiently
  • Liaising with salespeople and external clients over the telephone, via email and face-to-face
  • Maintain and update financial/sales/Daily operating control reporting
  • Perform end of day banking/reconciliation duties
  • Complying with company legislation at all times
  • General administrative duties as required
