An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function across three key locations. This role is ideal for a proactive recruitment professional looking to manage and develop a dedicated team while enhancing candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment processes.

The Role

As Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey, and supporting strategic business objectives through innovative talent acquisition initiatives. This hands-on role also involves sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates for critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, timely hiring in a high-volume environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and provide expert advice on talent attraction.
  • Actively source and headhunt top talent for key and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Drive employer branding strategies to attract talent and enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

What’s Required

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong resourcing and headhunting skills to attract top talent.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop recruiters.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection methodologies.
  • Experience executing employer branding strategies and EVP initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); knowledge of Pinpoint is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
