Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Pro-actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to target potential clients and secure new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
- Work closely with our Glasgow team, Central Sales, Marketing, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
