About the role:
We're seeking a Recruitment Consultant or experienced sales individual to join our team. Reporting to our Recruitment Director, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to both existing and potential clients and candidates, ensuring our data is up-to-date, and connecting with key decision-makers such as HR Managers and Hiring Managers. You will be focusing on the Construction Market across East Anglia and working with some of the most respected Construction Organizations in the market. You will be growing an already established warm desk, and we will provide you with the training, support, and mentoring to help you take your business to the next level.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a sales or recruitment sales.
- The ability to source and qualify candidates for our companies requirements.
- Manage the client's needs and expectations.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A strong and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Individuals that want to be the best versions of themselves.
- Willingness to listen and learn.
