An exciting opportunity has arisen for a records management administrator to join a highly regarded UK law firm on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful individual will have the opportunity to work with hardcopy and digital formats of deeds, leases, and historic documents.

The records management team manages the hardcopy files stored with a third-party provider and ensures that requests for files and boxes are fulfilled as required. Daily duties will include:

  • Capturing data on the in-house records management system
  • Delivering and collecting deeds and other records
  • Carrying out final checks on records ready for destruction
  • Supporting the preparations for a large-scale office move

Applicants will possess first-class organisational and interpersonal skills coupled with strong customer care and attention to detail. Previous experience of using a records management system in a law firm setting is highly desirable.
