Project Manager X2 West Sussex – Flexible Working £60,000 + Permanent benefits My client is an established utilities organisation looking to recruit 2X project managers to play a vital role in delivering successful IT projects. Looking for someone who has managed SDLC, business application implementations, worked in legacy environments/integrated legacy systems and replacing databases on access, also engaging with 3rd party suppliers. Successful delivery of IT/Business projects including estimates, plans, resource management, schedule, scope, requirements, solutions, budget and deliverables. Motivation and leadership of team members driving team engagement through the provision of guidance, technical support and coaching of team members. Quality Assurance of project deliverables across the project. Ensure all project artefacts are produced in accordance with PMO process and guidelines, including project resource assignments and usage Supporting the Senior Project Manager in the allocations of resources across the teams. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholder across business and IT Maintaining and communicating interdependencies from their Project within and across the Programme, and contribute to the Portfolio cross dependencies Full budget accountability for their projects Resource managing your team and supporting resource allocations across teams
