Your day as a Project Coordinator - Asset Optimisation could include collecting data for project managers to support investment decisions and collaborating with the sales officers to assist in delivering property disposals. One moment, you’ll be liaising with internal departments like Voids and Lettings for property handovers including key management and storage, and next, you might be helping to develop operational processes to enhance the delivery of asset optimisation projects. Every day, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Peabody optimises its assets and delivers on its strategic goals. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be integral to the success of the Asset Optimisation team. You’ll support the smooth running of projects, helping the team to manage property disposals smoothly, from the appraisal stage through to the final sale. By collaborating across departments and contributing to process improvements, you’ll ensure that our approach to asset management is efficient, transparent, and aligned with best practices. This role requires a balance of operational focus, project organisation and coordination. Whether you’re collecting data for investment decisions, preparing properties for marketing, or organising key meetings and documentation, you’ll be at the centre of our efforts to optimise Peabody’s assets.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Skilled in managing digital files and handling data with accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced within property, housing, or asset management (desirable).
  • Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, such as the Housing Act (desirable).

Your role covers:

  • Coordinating the Asset Optimisation team’s activities, including meetings and training sessions.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, departments and the Asset Optimisation team.
  • Supporting property disposals by gathering property-specific information and ensuring legal and governance compliance.
  • Assisting in the review and enhancement of Asset Optimisation processes.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and health and safety in all activities.
