The Role
As Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations across the factory during the night shift. You’ll ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time, coordinate staff across different lines to maximise productivity, and ensure that all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards are maintained. You’ll work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and keep production running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role where leadership, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone with previous supervisory experience in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. You’ll be confident leading teams, solving problems on the spot, and keeping production targets on track. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations is essential, and you'll be the kind of person who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement will be a real plus.
