Managing a small team of Line Leaders, you will provide effective line management therefore holding experience in both leading and motivating a team is essential. Our client is a family run business that looks after its employees; you will lead a team who are truly passionate about their work.
Job Duties:
- Leading a small team of line leaders on a daily basis
- Monitoring and driving performance to meet set targets
- Ensuring that standards are constantly met to customers' requirements
- Preparing and delivering the production plan
- Efficient management of any non-conforming production
- Ensuring that the hygiene and cleaning of the site is maintained
- Ensuring that the site remains audit ready for inspection at any time
- Responsible for health and safety across the site
- Promoting good food culture and food safety across the site
What we are looking for:
- Experienced supervisor within FMCG / Food Environment
- Food Safety Level 2
- COSHH Level 2
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
