The Challenge:
To take the reins of daily operations. To modernise the factory, raise standards, and drive a cultural shift across the production department - implementing sustainable systems, streamlining production, introducing digital tools, and inspiring people to embrace change. You’ll be the catalyst for operational excellence in a business with massive potential but a need for hands-on leadership, planning discipline, and process clarity.

Details:
