Production Team Leader 📍 Location: Salford 💼 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum 🕒 Hours: Full Time – Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm✨ Additional Benefits: Enhanced employer pension contribution Additional holiday entitlement Annual performance-based bonusAre you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, performance, and progress? We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to join our client’s growing team in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking manufacturing business. The Role: You’ll be responsible for leading a production team to ensure daily targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll champion continuous improvement and drive a positive, high-performance culture on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and develop a team of production operatives Monitor and manage production schedules and workflow Uphold and promote Health & Safety best practices across all operations Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and build capability Identify and implement process improvements Communicate effectively across departments and levelsWhat We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role Strong people management and mentoring skills A proactive, open-minded approach to problem-solving and change Positive mindset with a focus on team engagement and collaboration Excellent understanding of Health & Safety practices Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentThis is more than just a team leader role — it’s an opportunity to shape the culture and performance of a critical part of our client’s operation.
