We're on the hunt for a Product Development Assistant to support our dynamic NPD team in crafting innovative, retail-ready solutions for leading UK supermarkets. This is your chance to play a key role in the journey from concept to shelf! What you'll be doing: * Drive and manage customer artwork development, ensuring accurate, on-time sign-off across all major retail accounts. * Collaborate closely with internal departments and production sites to keep projects moving seamlessly through the artwork and product development process. * Keep projects on track by working to critical path timelines, raising any risks or delays proactively to the wider team. * Support with the assembly and quality checking of product samples to wow internal stakeholders and customers alike. * Complete and manage customer documentation with precision and attention to detail. * Stay ahead of the curve by tracking and reporting on competitor product launches and trends. * Take ownership of the UK Market Review Schedule, delivering valuable insights to guide the team's innovation strategy. * Play a key role in ensuring product launches are on trend, on brand, and on time.
