Private Property Solicitor (NQ – 1 PQE) sought for the Legal 500 ranked Property Department of a leading International law firm.
The Firm
Our client is a market leading International law firm with unmatched expertise in their field. The firm has supported some of the world’s most remarkable people and organisations, having acted for a significant proportion of the top 100 UK ‘Sunday Times Rich List’. The firm also advises government bodies, charities, global brands and start-ups of all shapes and sizes.
The department’s global client base includes those buying and selling family homes, country estates and cottages, clients with international property interests, landed estate owners, residential developers and both individual and commercial investors building up residential real estate portfolios.
The Role
The firm’s Private Property department have a high profile both in the residential property market and in landed estates. Due to growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Property Solicitor to join the team.
The role will see the successful individual cover a varied caseload involving all aspects of residential and landed estates property work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for the property market and must be able to demonstrate sound technical understanding of all elements of private property law. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Private Property Solicitor to develop their career within a thriving department, amongst some of the UK’s most respected Property Solicitors.
Requirements
- Be admitted to practice in England & Wales (NQ – 1 PQE)
- Understanding of land and agricultural estates
- Experience of acting on transactions encompassing agricultural, residential and landowner development
- An enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
- A willingness to take responsibility and ability to form strong working relationships across all areas of the practice
- Excellent technical ability, solid drafting skills and strong research skills
- Ability to communicate and handle client contact (both internal and external) from the outset
