Due to continued growth, our client, an award-winning marketing procurement agency, is looking to recruit an experienced Print Account Manager to work with an impressive client base managing their print campaigns and work within their collaborative team. The Account Manager will support the Account Director in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs at all times. Manage print projects from client brief to delivery ensuring they are flawlessly managed on budget and on time, focusing on client satisfaction and quality. Be proactive in your approach towards the client and helping them and the account team meet all business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and brief projects as requested by the client or AD and take full responsibility for project management and service delivery.
- Attend client briefing meetings as and when required. Play a role in offering advice and support and continually build the relationship with your client and suppliers.
- Provide Account Director with suggestions on how to add value to processes and systems whenever possible, driving more effective ways of working.
- Support the Account Executives by setting objectives; measuring performance & identifying skills gaps.
- Seek cost-saving and innovation opportunities and provide to Account Director.
- Working from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Print experience 2 years +
- Experience of using MI systems to manage a busy workload juggling live projects is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships.
- Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a positive and ‘can do’ approach at all times.
- Good IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
