Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) – Full Time – Daventry Reception & Nursery Class Location: Daventry Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team in Daventry, starting after Easter. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Assist in the learning and development of pupils, including those with additional needs. Provide one-to-one or small group support as required. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils' social and emotional development. Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation. Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working with children in a school setting. A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
