Preconstruction Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established contractor who are seeking a Preconstruction Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £5Mil – £50Mil+ As the Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for the management of Bids and PCSAs, working with the Design, Commercial, Operations, and wider precon team. You will work closely with the client, and coordinate the putting together of the Bid/PCSA. The client is flexible with background, but they need someone who has PCSA experience and comes from a technical background (architecture, construction project management, quantity surveying, engineering, etc). You should have also worked within build on projects like Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, etc. If you have this experience and are working within a main contractor, or are keen to make the jump to a main contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
