As a Plumber (Multi Skilled), you’ll be the friendly face of One Manchester for the people in our communities. We're looking for those who can carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with an ethos of ‘Right First Time’ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.
You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester's owned and managed properties.
Critical knowledge, skills and experience required:
- To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard.
- Evidence of key competencies specifically in plumbing (core trade), plastering, joinery and tiling.
- Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
- The ability to work carefully, methodically and safely.
- Be able to accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.
As you’ll be visiting our properties throughout Manchester, you must have a full UK driving licence.
