PARTS MANAGER OTE – £55,000pa Parts Manager Job Details Basic Salary: £45,000pa + up to £10,000pa in Bonus + Company vehicle Working Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week + Saturday morning overtime 07:00-12:00 when required on occasion Location – Reading Responsibilities of a Parts Manager ·Develop and implement a parts sales strategy (e.g. increasing the number and value of customers) for the Branch ·Ensure parts purchase, parts sales and profit margin targets are achieved ·Conduct customer visits to increase the customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers ·To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs, providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service ·To lead, motivate, coach, appraise and develop the team of parts advisors and drivers to achieving their personal objectives, required accreditations, that is in line with your department's goals ·Supervise and control the daily activities of the Parts Department staff, develop a team environment to ensure a high level of customer service is offered and maintained ·Control all stock ordering and stock checking ·Ensure that all procedures for handling cash, credit / debit card accounts are adhered to in accordance with CWG policies ·To be fully aware of and adhere to the usual trading terms and account procedures of the dealership ·Maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere to and uphold all ISO & Brand audit requirements ·Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, COSHH requirements, company policies and standard procedures at all times Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Manager – Customer-focused and fully committed to delivering the highest professional standards – Enthusiastic, adaptable and confident with a have a positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to motivate and manage a team and be driven to succeed – Exceptional organisational and communication skills – Flexible, self-motivated and be able to work under their own initiative, as well as being able to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines – Problem solving skills – Strong systems skills with the ability to use all appropriate modules of the Dealer Management System Please contact Joe Rolfe @ Auto Skills Please reference job number: 51431
