Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is working 27-30 hours per week across 5 days.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial administrative support to the Product Manager
- Complete and manage internal and customer facing documentation with accuracy
- Update and maintain data on customer stock management reports
- Inputting data using SAP system
- Report, monitor and log customer complaints and product reviews
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gain artwork approvals
- Document, log and organise product samples for customers
- Support the team with pre production samples and mock ups
- General adhoc administrative duties
Product Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Own transport due to rural location
Product Administrator Package:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours can be flexible
- £26,000 full time equivalent
- 23 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years of service)
- Up to 6% bonus (eligible after 12 months service)
- Generous pension contribution
