We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our wealth management client data team. Must have an understanding and exposure to ISA products.
Client Details
Our client is a Global Wealth Manager in the heart of London's Financial District. Renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, the firm plays a leading role in the financial services industry.
Description
- Administration of deceased accounts, including the request of probate valuations
- Administration of account closures, including the calculation and deduction of closing fees
- Allocating valid W-8 forms to accounts and chasing expired documentation
- Periodic review of provider signatory lists
- All types of static data amendments
- Client and provider payments
- Initial ISA subscriptions
- Internal client journals
- Setting up regular payment / standing orders / income sweeps
- Deducting ad hoc charges such as custody, financial adviser, management, valuation fees etc.
- Deal with all client administration & internal/external queries within our agreed service level
- Screening anti money laundering "AML" documentation for all types of accounts: GIA/ISAs/Pensions/OPBs/Trusts etc.
Profile
A successful Operations Officer should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Exposure to ISA products
- Experience of Wealth Management data
- 2-3 years experience within Financial Services industry
Job Offer
