We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our wealth management client data team. Must have an understanding and exposure to ISA products.

Client Details

Our client is a Global Wealth Manager in the heart of London's Financial District. Renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, the firm plays a leading role in the financial services industry.

Description

  • Administration of deceased accounts, including the request of probate valuations
  • Administration of account closures, including the calculation and deduction of closing fees
  • Allocating valid W-8 forms to accounts and chasing expired documentation
  • Periodic review of provider signatory lists
  • All types of static data amendments
  • Client and provider payments
  • Initial ISA subscriptions
  • Internal client journals
  • Setting up regular payment / standing orders / income sweeps
  • Deducting ad hoc charges such as custody, financial adviser, management, valuation fees etc.
  • Deal with all client administration & internal/external queries within our agreed service level
  • Screening anti money laundering "AML" documentation for all types of accounts: GIA/ISAs/Pensions/OPBs/Trusts etc.

Profile

A successful Operations Officer should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Exposure to ISA products
  • Experience of Wealth Management data
  • 2-3 years experience within Financial Services industry

Job Offer
