Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with a leading real estate practice who have a rare opportunity for an Operations Director to oversee the management and performance of mixed-use estates across our client’s property management portfolio, which will include some of the UK’s iconic estates. As the Operations Director in charge of our clients’ mixed-use estates, you will ideally have experience in dealing with residential units, commercial office space, and retail / leisure assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop various estate management teams, promoting a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring seamless delivery of services, compliance with health and safety regulations, and superior occupier experiences across each estate.
- Financial Management: Oversee service charge budgets, cost management, and contractor agreements, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal senior stakeholders, providing operational updates and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- Compliance & ESG: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient practices.
