The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

While driving excellence in customer delivery, the Operations Assistant will work alongside the Assistant Operations & Transformation Manager in future developments, projects and digital to drive change throughout the division. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone with a strong customer-focus but may be new to the world of insurance. We are looking for someone with a sense of ownership, takes pride in their work and has a true passion to deliver the best results every time. Training on the Acturis system will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Operations & Transformation Manager, and wider Operations team in project delivery on all assigned change activity for the Division.
  • Assist in developing Customer Excellence processes for all customer groups (Private Clients, SME and Corporate) including Best Practice Broking Processes and Excellent Customer Journey.
  • Assist the Assistant Operations & Transformation Manager in Customer Service delivery and Quality in the Division.
  • Assist in tracking all requests relating to system changes and documentation from across the division.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing within the applications utilised across the division.

  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to collaborate with the team effectively.
  • Focused and results-driven while being able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.
  • Good organisational skills and able to prioritise and allocate workloads.
  • Excellent time management skills to plan ahead.
  • Confident use of MS Office suite.
  • Desire to develop new skills and continue professional development.
