On-Site Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily management of active headcount to ensure fulfilment of requirements are met
- Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues
- Processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications
- Provide training and induction to new employees
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers
- Manage, coach and develop the onsite team
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills (Essential)
- Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word (Essential)
- Full driving license or be able to commute to SR2 9TE without relying on public transportation (Essential)
- Flexible approach to working hours. Evenings, early mornings and weekend working will be required (Essential)
- Previous experience as team leader or supervisor (Desirable)
- Experience in a food production environment (Desirable)
