About the role
- Pay Rate – £12.21
- Location – OX11 7NR, OX10 9QD, RG8 0EP, RG8 7DY, RG31 6TH
- Shift Timings – Full time, 13:00 till 23:00, Week 1 = 4 on 3 off, Week 2 = 3 on 4 off
This would give 2 staff the same shifts over the 2-week period with staff members starting on alternative weeks. This pattern would also give opportunities for extra shifts at different locations as cover.

Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises and check areas for trespass and welfare issues
- Write detailed reports
- If anyone is seen trespassing, try to call them off tracks as quickly as possible, call the relevant parties immediately with a full update, description and location, and get assistance
- If the person were to get off tracks, try to keep them on site without physical restraint while updating the relevant parties
- While patrolling for trespass, be extra vigilant for vulnerable people who may be in distress or looking to cause harm to themselves or others
- Able to communicate clearly with all the team
- Teams may also get calls to attend incidents along their routes to deal with any of the above
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- SIA License
- Full UK drivers license and vehicle
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- 5-year checkable work/career history
- Great teamwork
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
