Must Have Skills:

  • Deliver cloud migration and transformation projects.
  • Deliver solutions and resolve problems within tight deadlines.
  • Identify sales opportunities and be rewarded.
  • Log your valuable time accurately using our next gen ITSM tool (HALO) so we can ensure our customers are getting value for money.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve delivery knowledge and skills.
  • Provide high-quality documentation and customer training as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Cloud technologies are a plus.
  • Prior experience working within a technical support or cloud engineering role.
