M+E Supervisor Required
I am working with a large and reputable client within the Facilities Management sector who have projects and contracts across the UK and Ireland. This opportunity will see you working as part of a successful and forward-thinking business that can offer progression and development as well as many different avenues that would suit your personal progression route including multiple sectors and environments.
Multi-skilled Supervisor role:
- This opportunity would see you working as part of a team, overseeing all Electrical and Mechanical maintenance and installation works on office spaces primarily, however also covering some more commercial properties between 2 sites in Essex.
- Be a technically minded supervisor in order to provide advice and assist in more complex M+E works.
- Ensuring Health and Safety for all staff and contractors.
- Assisting the PM to ensure the smooth delivery of works as well as assisting in client meetings and business meetings.
- Ensure all contractors and staff are holding the correct tickets, have the correct PPE and ensuring all plant and equipment is available.
Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Supervisor:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working on commercial environment projects.
- 18th Edition (as a minimum electrical qualification).
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of M+E maintenance and installations through experience.
- Be technically minded in all M+E aspects of facilities management from lighting, alarm systems, control systems and panels, generators, motors, ACUs, HVAC systems and more.
- Full UK Driver's licence.
- Experience working in the UK.
