Key Responsibilities: Inspire and Educate: Deliver in-depth training for Management and Business Administration Manage and Mentor: Oversee a caseload of learners, guiding them to develop the skills and knowledge required for success in their careers. Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid working model that allows for both remote work and face-to-face interactions during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions within your designated region. Experience and Skills Required: Teaching qualification: PTLLS, DTLLS, AET etc. Management at L5 qualification Communicate at all levels within a business. Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets. Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners. Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
