About the Role: Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts, provide valuable insight to aid business decisions, and support financial reporting processes as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts Produce variance analysis and commentary to support departmental decision-making Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts Support budgeting and forecasting processes Work on ad hoc finance projects and process improvements Liaise with external auditors and assist with year-endWhat We're Looking For: Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant management accounts experience Strong Excel skills and confident using financial systems Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments Must be able to commute to KendalWhy This Role?
