This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills, knowledge, and experience within the apprenticeships arena. With the relevant qualifications and experience in further education or training settings, ideally within apprenticeship provisions in Business Administration and Customer Service, you will join the Business, Digital, and Accounting team. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners. This role will enable you to gain key qualifications in assessing, training, and related apprenticeship activities, if not already held.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Liaising with apprentices to support them in planning and completing assessments, working towards End Point Assessment.
  • Delivering high-quality training and support both in the workplace and at the College.
  • Engaging with employers from a wide range of organisations across Blackburn with Darwen and surrounding areas.
  • Monitoring all aspects of the apprenticeship/learner/employer journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.

No two days will be alike in this dynamic and rewarding role.
