Key Responsibilities
- Processing tenancy applications and preparing tenancy agreements
- Coordinating inventories, EPCs, gas safety certificates, and other legal documentation
- Overseeing the front office: greeting clients and managing phone and email enquiries
- Controlling the office diary and scheduling appointments
- Registering potential tenants and arranging viewings for the Lettings Negotiator
- Liaising with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are tenancy-ready
The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year experience in Lettings or Estate Agency (required)
- Front-of-house or customer-facing background
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
