Our client who are a leader in BIM Solutions, having completed more than 2,000 projects over the past 20 years within the construction company. They are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to work alongside the Regional Director at their new Canterbury office to help lead/manage projects & help with the training and development of Junior members of staff. Ideally we are looking for someone with 3 – 5 years proven Revit experience in the HVAC/MEP field.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead team on projects
- Working as no2 to Regional Director
- MEP Coordination involves:
- Revit modelling using Fabrication for Revit 2018 and higher
- Fabrication CAD MEP 2018 and higher
- Ability to read, understand and coordinate design drawings, schematics & schedules with minimal assistance.
- Knowledge of site installation practices is beneficial.
- Flagging up and reporting on coordination issues present in the design information.
